An Invitation & Request for Mountain Experience & Garden Company Alumni
A space to remember what stayed with you and listen for what wants to come next.
Something new is quietly beginning.
For many of us, The Mountain Experience and Garden Company weren’t only retreats. They were places where insight met life in a way that stayed with you long after the last day. Something changed in us, and there’s a quiet sense that what opened there continues to unfold.
The sanctuary we created goes deeper than those few days. That feeling of being seen, being held, being allowed to see ourselves and each other as we really are: that is what continues with us if we choose to notice it, honor it, and return to it.
I’m beginning to explore what wants to take shape next in my work. Before I name or form anything, I want to start with the people who made The Mountain Experience and Garden Company what it was: you, the alumni.
I’m calling these Remembrance Calls.
This is a simple, no-charge, 30-minute conversation to come back together. Not to relive, perform, or fix anything, but to speak, remember, and reflect on what’s been living in you since The Mountain. You and I will sit in that space together, honouring what was and acknowledging where you are.
Here’s what I’m asking:
Before I create something new, I want to understand what was most meaningful to you. What endured? What practices, moments, or realisations are still guiding you? Your reflections will help me shape what moves forward. This call is as much for me as it is for you. I’m asking for your help.
Who this is for:
Mountain Experience and Garden Company alumni who want to reconnect and reflect on what the experience meant to them. Your voice matters in what comes next.
This is an open doorway back into that shared field.
I genuinely appreciate your willingness to reconnect and contribute your experience to what’s being built.
Safety is fundamental
Many people think that change comes from challenge and confrontation. True transformation happens in a context of safety.
Listening
There is nothing more meaningful and transformational than being deeply listened to. Everything you need is already inside you.
Change is only one conversation away
In the right context insight and epiphanies come easily. Change doesn’t have to be a long laborious process.
Change from the inside out
Most people focus on external change. Ultimately the outside will never heal the inside. When we focus on the internal, the external will change to meet it
